i recommend a small piece of foam that presses just against the power button and fan it will keep the power button from pushing back and it wont add to much if any stress to the fan

Never ever buy a chomebook, these cr*p have compatibility problems with the components even today 2024. The only answer they give to you is that it is a problem with your router or your internet and/or bluetooth connection (even if it is 5G internet), don't waste your money and your time.
